I recently used EuroUSA Shipping to ship 4 pallets of household items from Austria to Denver. I don’t usually write letters like this but the service we received from Chris Corder was exceptional and I felt I needed to share my experience. From our first contact for a quote thru to the final delivery, Chris was not only always available to answer our questions and give us updates but he always responded within about an hour or less.
Our final delivery was the day before Thanksgiving and despite being on vacation, Chris continued to organize our final payment and delivery instructions thus preventing a potential delay resulting from the holidays. We have used other forwarders in the past which have always resulted in long delays and additional costs. After having used your service for our last move, we will only use EuroUSA for all of our future moves.
