Well to start with, we’ve changed up the design to maximize efficiency and offer a better online experience for all of our customers – everything is displayed in your dashboard as seen below.

We now have the option to book insurance directly through the hub, rather than by reaching out to your shipping coordinator. You set the value of the insurance, and our insurance policy costs 2.5% of the values you put on your items and only 2% if the value is over $30,000.

Hey Chris! You and Alice were awesome… She pretty much called me and arranged everything right after you emailed me the heads up! Boxes and everything delivered in amazing condition by highly professional and terrific people right into my living room… Pretty much 20 min and we were all set and all is here and well! They were timely, efficient and very pleasant!
I haven’t ripped open every box yet, but I have no doubt that everything was handled with care and professionalism during the transport just by looking at the boxes! Hello Stephanie, Mark and Stefan,

I just wanted to follow up with your regarding our shipment from Houston to Malmo in August/September.　 I wanted to say how pleased we were with the arrival and care of the shipment once it made it to Malmo due to Stefan’s services. 　In particular the local moving company ‘Acta Flytt’ and the two staff members – Jocke and Carlos, were exceptional when it came to the arrival and local delivery of our household goods.　 They even brought it into our apartment and when I asked what I could do to help they said ‘just relax and supervise’ – this was a really welcome sentiment at the end of our international move.　 Stefan, if you could forward our positive feedback to ‘Andreas’ at Acta I would appreciate it.

Stephanie, when the container arrived in the Acta parking lot after its long journey we were there anxiously observing it being opened.　 When they opened the still sealed container – it was almost perfect!　 The car hadn’t moved, all of the boxes and furniture hadn’t moved either.　 There was just some minor scratches on the gas cover of the car which were the result of where I had decided to place my kayak (the only last minute decision I made too, it goes to show the importance of planning

 )

Thank you all for the high levels of service you provided.　 After extensive research into the world of international shipping and hearing about so many negative experiences it is even more significant to say we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience.

Great Moving Review for moving to England

From beginning to end, this was an extremely professional service.    Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff involved.  Alicia in Customer Services deserves a special mention – I agree with other reviews, this lady is the most helpful customer services rep I have ever come across.  We used a container in the past for our larger items (using another firm) and some items were damaged in transit.  However, our cardboard box and it’s contents arrived completely intact!  Fantastic service from beginning to end – thank you!

We moved from California to Sweden, and had been searching for moving companies (frustratingly) for a long time. I’d received lots of crazily high quotes from movers until I stumbled across the UBox flat rate service.

I was skeptical that the reasonable price would truly include everything, but was happily proven wrong! Our UBox was delivered to our US apartment, cleared customs at both ends and came straight to our new place in Malmö, Sweden with no extra charges.

We loved the concept of being able to pack your own stuff in your own time (we managed to fit quite a lot into our box), whereas other companies tried to force you to use their packers.

Only had a couple of small hiccups with the UBox being collected in the US after we’d packed it (the company used to transport the box to the port got lost and never showed). However, after speaking with the UPak team the pickup was rescheduled for the next day. I’m glad the UPak ‘tips’ said to add an extra day or so before our flight out of the country!

On the Sweden side we had a little communication confusion with the delivery day, but it was rescheduled and the box arrived safe and sound.

Overall, great communication, rates and service! Tack så mycket!

So far the experience has been awesome. The personnel at UPackWeShip has been “right on the spot” in any inquiries we have had for shipping to Berlin, Germany. We used the U-Box crate to move our stuff from Philadelphia to Auckland, NZ. Alicia at U-Pak was super helpful and very responsive to all our questions and worries. Title: So good!

I’m in the middle of a short-notice move USA to Europe (with a UBox).
So far the UPak staff has been incredibly professional and helpful, and took out a lot of the stress.

I was really nervous about having to organize everything so fast, but with UPak it was much easier. Other moving companies I spoke to before deciding weren’t nearly as uncomplicated and clear.
Alicia is the best! She answers my many questions fast and super-nice, and everyone makes sure you feel taken care of.

If you’re nervous about having to deal with moving all your belongings overseas, customs etc., I highly highly recommend them!
