Perfect shipping experience SF to Frankfurt

We had a perfect moving experience with UPakWeShip! After clarifying all our questions, pre booking with Melissa Cox (who was fantastic), Alicia Hawk (who was fantastic) helped us with the paperwork, arranging the shipment etc. She kept us informed throughout the process and (I think most important for us), she always replied promptly to all our emails! Fantastic service from the whole Team! Also the people who delivered and collected the box (both in the US and UPakWeShip EU in Germany), were most polite, friendly and very competent, as were the customer representatives from their companies!
We could not have had a better move! The shipment was collected promptly, and arrived in perfect condition and even earlier than we expected!
After our move to the US was the worst possible experience with a different company, we were very surprised to find such a good competitor for such a low price!
Also thank you for the fantastic tool to prepare the customs forms – I think, this was the reason, why the shipment was not even delayed at the border!

]]> UPakWeShip AMP  Just used UPakWeShip to move from Maryland to Switzerland (using the 100 box), and have to hand it to Alicia and the team for their responsiveness and transparency. I had concerns after some negative reviews online but I have to say they turned out to be unfounded. Alicia was super responsive, with most emails getting answers within 1-2 hours and the pickup/delivery process was as smooth as possible. My things took about 8 weeks to arrive on my doorstep in my new home, in exactly the condition they were packed in, for the same flat price that was quoted at the beginning, with no additional charges along the way. If I have to move in the future, UPakWeShip will be my first call.
