Amazon Book Orders

I have no idea why, but every day all our offices get calls and emails from people asking where is the book they ordered.

Every day we patiently explain that we do not deliver books for Amazon and that we ship peoples belongings overseas.

I wish it was that easy to just call up Amazon and explain that one of their vendors is wrongly advising its customers, but obviously that isn’t the case.

If anyone wants to move overseas, then UPakWeShip is here to serve you with great rates and the best customer service. If however you are waiting for your book delivery, its not us, so please call Amazon or the supplier you bought the book from.

UPakWeShip is looking for a smart all round cheerful person to work for our busy shipping team in Charleston SC.
Work to include data entry, answering phones, email and back up in the warehouse.
Some previous shipping experience necessary but full training will be given.
Candidate must be proficient with general Microsoft programs and have excellent typing skills.
40 hours per week. Starting at $25,000 per year. Medical and 401K type pension after 90 days trial.

You will be helping shipping containers of household goods for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of shipment information, tracking and tracing of loads, and problem resolution. The company thrives in a fast-paced environment, and use of strong communication skills to communicate with our vendors and customers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to start your career with UPakWeShip, with opportunities to grow in Operations and Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Date entry and provide great customer service via phone and email to our customers.

Requirements/ Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, phone etiquette and a can do helpful attitude.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and strong internet skills.

Must be able to lift 50lbs and help in the warehouse on busy days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 – $30,000.00 per year
