We chose which crates we wanted and they were delivered promptly. They were easy to pack and they were picked up on time. They sat in their warehouse until we got a T.O.R. number and as soon as that was implemented the crates were on their way to the U.K. When they arrived we were notified that they would be delivered to our new house in the U.K. UPakWeShip kept in touch the whole time from start to finish.
