Living In Spain
Renting in Spain will be different than most places you'll be moving from as you'll find the word "unfurnished" to be more like "stripped-down" for rentals, especially in major cities. In addition to no furniture (as unfurnished implies in most countries), you'll also have no light fixtures, stove/oven, refrigerator or dishwasher. Quite literally an gutted living space. If you do happen to find an apartment with these "extras", you may be asked to reimburse the previous tenant; be prepared to negotiate.
Healthcare In Spain
Like many other countries in Europe, Spain is regularly among the world's best at providing healthcare for its citizens. Universal healthcare is guaranteed for legal citizens meaning it's free & public.Spain also is equipped with plenty of doctors, at around 4 per 1,000 people.

Education In Spain
Education is free and must be attended from age 6 to 16. As for college and above, unlike many other EU countries, college is not offered freely but it is more affordable than the US and other countries that also don't offer college freely.Working In Spain
Though unemployment is quite high in Spain compared to the rest of the EU, the unemployment rate is dropping meaning there could be less opportunities moving forward. This shouldn't be discouraging though, as there are still several industries/sectors that are eagerly recruiting. For English speakers especially, working in the tourists areas would be a great place to start or look for large, international companies. Otherwise, start practicing your Spanish immediately if you're looking to work in Spain elsewhere.
