Someone has had enough of the cold Canadian winters and is heading to warmer lands.

Thanks for the perfect picture showing the U Crate 50 and U Crate 100 that you ordered from us. You have done a great job packing up everything inside as well as securing the straps and plastic covers perfectly. Loading them like this makes it very easy for the driver to pick it up with a pallet jack and using his tail lift on the back of the truck, safely move it into the trailer for transport back to our shipping terminal in Toronto.

From there it will be loaded into a 40 foot shipping container and shipped to UPakWeShip Europe office to arrange customs clearance and delivery to the curbside in the same condition in Spain.

I moved from the UK to Montreal, Canada. I dealt with Chris Smith from the UK and his customer service was amazing. He replied to all my questions within minutes every time.

Once the items arrived in Canada I dealt with their correspondent agent from Toronto and Montreal which also offered an amazing service. I am very happy with UPACKWESHIP services and I will definitely use them again.

The meeting was held on a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) and discussed the possible tropical depression that might hit us here in Charleston over the July 4th Weekend and if SUP procedures (Standard Umbrella Procedures) need to be authorized.
Clyde was also heard to say “What SUP” to which everyone laughed at the Canadian humor and wished the old Newfie Happy CanAdia day, eh!

We got a very very competitive rate to have a sole use 20 foot container from the UK to Western Canada. Whilst it is hard work self packing and loading, the cost savings were great. We also could bring everything and nothing got broken!). We paid for door to port (to the inland city we have moved to) and cleared customs ourselves (no charges) and hired a local haulage company to collect and deliver the container for unloading (less than £300). Other agents were quoting £1700 for this piece in Canada alone. Chris in the London office was really helpful and gave us lots of good advice, even when the polar vortex interrupted sailings – and unloading in -25 was quite chilly…..frozen mattresses! Generally a very positive experience! Thanks Chris.
