This is what Rita said after UPakWeShip moved her to Parma, Italy.

Hi Erik, Alicia and Angela,
Just wanted to say that the boxes that were in the crate arrived today, Tuesday. We were very glad to see them.

Thank you very much for all the work you did to make sure our items arrived safely. I appreciated the email communications in keeping me informed. This was a huge move for us as we had sold our house, sold or gave away our furniture and packed up clothes, kitchenware, books and some personal and family items and decorations to go into the crate. We now are in Parma, Italy with a new start on life, including learning a new language and customs. You made our move easier by the great customer service you provided.
