Hey Mark,

As you know, other shipping companies often harang you after initial contact and, since I chose to go with you, I made a list to help me inform them (when they call) as to why I chose EuroUSA. I thought I’d send it to you for your encouragement.

Why I chose EuroUSA

1. EuroUSA didn’t ask for deposits or payment instalments, but were simply content as long as I make the payment prior to the container departure date
2. With the exception of OSI, EuroUSA offered the most competitive rate, but were the only company to assure me that I wouldn’t have to pay more than they quoted (unless I took more than two hours to load/unload, or some freakish event happened)
3. EuroUSA were one of the few companies that didn’t continue to pressure me after initial contact
4. EuroUSA were one of the few companies, if not the only one, not to slander any of the other companies
5. EuroUSA’s website is very professional (yet personal) and extremely detailed so that I knew what I was dealing with
6. The EuroUSA representative that I spoke to initially was very transparent, and British!
