Dear Jennifer,

I am very happy to convey to you once more how delighted I was with your service during my move. This appreciation extends to the superb efforts of Mark and Chris (Corder) in moving my goods from PA to France.  When Mark told me that Chris would take care of “getting the ball rolling”, Chris did.  And when Chris told me that you would take care of me at the receiving end, you did. And when you told me that my shipment would arrive in Gondrecourt on Wed 25 May at 9 am, IT DID!
