I declare that my household goods are used and have been in my possession for at least 6 months prior to my official registration into Europe

I declare that immediately prior to moving to Europe I have been residing abroad / outside Europe for a continuous period of at least 12 months

I declare that I will remain in Europe for at least 12 months after arrival of my belongings and that I am NOT going to sell, lend out, pledge, hire out or transfer the goods within the first 12 months after the date on which they were imported

I declare that my household goods contain some new articles and I will confirm that I will pay the charges for the duty and VAT. I enclose an itemized list indicating their value or supply the commercial invoices of these articles

I declare that my household goods do NOT contain any alcohol or wine

I declare that my household and personal effects do not contain any items which are restricted or prohibited by the European Customs authorities such as ornaments in ivory, turtle, snake, crocodile, fire-arms, etc..

I declare that I am not importing a motor vehicle or motorcycle

I declare that I have completed this document truly and that I understand all initialed declarations

I am aware that the presentation of untrue or incorrect information or presentation of false or inaccurate documents of identification is a criminal offense. Imports are examined by Customs and there are heavy penalties for making false declarations including possible forfeiture of goods.
