The undersigned, hereinafter referred to as the “Grantor,” hereby grants:

Hereinafter referred to as “Global,” the authority to act as the Grantor’s agent until this authorization is revoked. This authorization grants Global the power to carry out all transactions and formalities as prescribed by Customs and related laws with respect to shipments of goods presented on behalf of, or destined for, the undersigned.

The Grantor hereby authorizes Global, in accordance with Article 18 and subsequent provisions of the Union Customs Code (Regulation No. 952/2013/EU), to perform the required transactions and activities as stipulated in the Customs Code regarding the aforementioned shipment of goods, acting in the name of Global, but on behalf of the Grantor.

Furthermore, the Grantor accepts the applicability of the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, as deposited by FENEX at the Registry of the District Courts of Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda, and Rotterdam, in their most recent version. Global retains the right to refuse any assignment to carry out transactions and formalities outlined in this authorization at any time.

Global shall be entitled to delegate any and all actions covered by this power of attorney, as necessary for the smooth and proper execution thereof, to third parties, provided such third parties are deemed competent and reliable.
