Pleased to see Karl Andree has been freed after a year in a Saudi Jail for transporting homemade wine in his car.

Any expat who has lived out there knows this can be a regular occurrence and you hope that you just don’t get caught. I personally have many stories on this subject but best not share them here. If you are moving to Saudi Arabia, please be careful, respect their rules and keep the bending to a minimum! The risk is high and you can end up in jail as well as receive hundreds of lashes.
