USA to Portugal with UPakWeShip

Just shipped my boxes yesterday, and it was a painless process overall. And I can’t help but feel that a large part of that comes down to the rep assigned (or rather, condemned) to work with me, Alicia. She has been unfailingly patient with me–a person who forgets everything at least three times before he remembers, asks a million inane questions (sometimes the same one more than once) and panics easily when stressed. She was always kind, always patient, and always in good humor, and helped me step-by-step get the whole thing happening and accomplished. Don’t know what we would have done without her. Just exactly how the person doing her job should be, and then some.
