What is 100 Cubic Feet?

I am afraid to say that on numerous occasions we have been told “I just have a few items so quote me for 100 cubic feet. We have done this and then showed up only to find nearly a whole house load so just in case. This is what 100 cubic feet is.

If you are using large moving boxes that’s about 20 large ones.

If you are using medium boxes that’s about 33 mediums.

If you are using small boxes I would say that’s 50.

If you are trying to figure out how many suitcases, estimate 16

If you want to measure out an area on your floor and wall to get a visual. Try these dims:

A Pallet load would be 48 x 40 x 88 inches high

A crate size could be 55x48x66 inches

If in doubt measure these dimensions with a tape measure and some masking tape on your floor and wall to get a better visual of 100 cubic feet.
