 John

hi i was looking at some quotes of sending a backpack of my tools home to Dublin in Ireland.
Im currently living in Perth Australia.
i got a quote of 400au dollors which i thought was a bit pricey the weight of the backpack is 20kg length 30cm width 20cm height 50 cm.
please could you help me to see if its cheaper another way possible i don’t mind waiting 3 months at the other end if its transported by sea.

kind regards

john

Hello John, I don’t think sea freight is going to be any cheaper I’m afraid, too many minimums involved! I would hand carry it on the plane with you, even if you upgrade to get a larger weight allowance? Also how about putting the tools in 1 or 2 small boxes and mailing them to Dublin? Lastly try DHL or TNT if you haven’t already.
Hope that helps, cheers The Moving Doctor
