Outstanding move

Last year, a move back to the UK (from the US) for professional reasons had me stumble onto UPackWeShip. I started looking at options, and a few stood out…but UPWS stand out because of that, but every step along the way, they (and I mean every single person I have ever talked to, but special kudos to James Read & Alicia Hawk) handled my situation with the utmost respect, professional integrity and dignity. They all explained everything very clearly, and the information they send out prior to the move is practical, straightforward and fun. Moving is a headache; I have done it 17 times in 24 years. This is honestly the most relaxed I have ever felt, and the entire costs incurred were on me. Yet, cheaper than any of the other 7 pre-selected options I had considered, and light years ahead of anyone re: professional, courteous service. I would trust these guys to move me anywhere in the world based on my personal experience this year. When I am ready to move back to the US, I will definitely call on them again. I have already recommended them to a few people because (and I know, this will sound corny, but it was so true in my case) they do not overlook the human factor of what it means to move and “start” a new life.

Stephanie and Andy made this move seamless and easy. All questions were answered quickly and everything they said would happen, did happen. My container shipped and arrived on time. Very impressed! I’ll definitely use them again.

Both Pete and Alicia made organizing my move from the US to the UK simple and straight forward. I was very impressed by the consistently high level of customer service; both of them were willing to answer my questions promptly (even the stupid questions and nit picky little details!), and the rates are fantastic.

Smooth sailing all the way

Just received our goods yesterday in a London to New York move. Given that this is a value move, I was surprised how helpful the people were on both sides of the trip. It was all smooth sailing and I received my goods right on schedule!
