We are an International Shipping company for household goods for people moving their homes from one country to another. Please go back to the company you purchased the book from or complain to Amazon as UPakWeShip is not the company who is delivering your book. Sorry.

The related info given from amazon.de is the following: “Your package courier is UPakWeShip and your tracking ID is 028-8287530-9445903-InvalidId.
