International move USA to Italy, brilliant review

Dear UPakWeShip Family,

  Moving is on life’s top 10 most stressful list. Although death, divorce, getting married, work related “stuff”, and money problems out rank it, moving is still a super stressor. Add in getting married to someone in a foreign country after 5 months of dating and y’all can say that I had about totally lost my mind.

My first experience with UPakWeShip was entered into with blind faith and a simple desperate need to get some of my stuff to our new home in Italy. After marrying someone I barely knew, I figured why not as that decision was much scarier and worked out well.

After working with Alicia for the first pallet shipment, I felt comfortable putting my belongings in your hands. Fast forward 3 months later when my pallet arrived at my door and I was completely amazed. Every single thing you said would be done, in the way that it was explained, for the price that was quoted was completely accurate and executed flawlessly.

After a few years of marriage and living in this beautiful country with some seriously awesome food, I was ready to delete my back-up plan and cut the cord. The house in Dallas had to go and I needed to make the “big move”. This time, I knew I needed and certainly wanted to work with you again. Of course, there were new fears regarding customs, taxes and fees because of my time being out of the US, blah, blah, blah…

I was pleasantly surprised AGAIN! UPakWeShip provided serious rockstar service. I just can not thank you all enough. It’s not even just about getting my stuff from point A to B. Your subcontractors were flexible, helpful and courteous.Your staff is amazing!! It’s like I was working with people that knew me and actually cared that I was stressed and completely freaking out. Every single person I spoke with was calm, reassuring and totally there for me. Especially Alicia – seriously PLEASE give that girl a bonus. She is a ridiculous asset to your company.

I just can’t express how grateful I am to have found you for this massive life event. Working with y’all was the absolute LEAST stressful part of my international move.
