Going Above and Beyond

 A big thank you to UPakWeShip’s customer service star, Rebecca English who went way beyond her normal high level of assistance and helped our customer moving from the USA to Albania.

The customer spent a couple of days at UPakWeShip’s warehouse sorting through her things and figuring out what she was shipping and what she was going to store at a local self-storage unit.

On the second day at closing time, Rebecca saw our customer walking down the road back to her storage unit. She pulled over and offered her a lift back to the self-store. She then found out that the customer needed to return her rental van to the rental place and then get to the airport. Without hesitation, Rebecca let her follow her in the rental van back to the rental return, waited for her to sign and pay and drove her an hour away to Charleston International Airport!

Rebecca finally got home at 9 pm!

She was not asked to do this, she did not claim overtime, she just has a heart of gold when it comes to assisting people with their International Move.

Definitely the UPakWeShip Employee of the Month!
