Now for something completely different!

  We have an amazing custom built Data Base we call Hercules that is built on the Suite CRM platform.
Thanks to Daniel at Sidekick, who has developed it this far, it handles all the customer booking process, automatically emails out contracts, invoice deposits, shipping and tracking updates.
It has the capability to upload customs documents, packing lists and insurance applications.

We keep track of all our moves in Hercules, send across manifests, BL’s and customs documents to our overseas offices and regular agents.
It produces weekly P&L’s, daily booking reports and monthly comparisons.

It really is a wonderful thing and I have not seen anything off the shelf as good as Hercules!

However as technology improves we are constantly wanting Hercules to be updated and expand its greatness to do more things. For example, handling more customer interface, currency conversion, more reporting and a lot more automatic alerts and information sharing and accounting to name a few.

We are either looking for a full time data base program manager that can assist us with the development of Hercules or a company that is willing to work with us in developing Hercules to the next level for EuroUSA Shipping and UPakWeShip.
