Alicia is hands-down one of the most responsive and helpful customer service experts I have ever encountered, and she helped to make my move stunningly easy (must be that Charleston Charm!).  Abigail in the UK was equally as amazing in arranging the delivery of the items to my UK address.  And the two delivery men, Dan and Shaun, were beyond helpful, schlepping up and down my narrow staircase to get all of my massively heavy boxes into my flat.  Definitely recommending to friends!
